Foxtail Foods noted that the products were developed by its internal R&D team to meet the increasing national demand for gluten free products.
Foxtail Foods sales & marketing vice president Lynnette Warrick said that the new range is in line with the company's commitment to develop treats that address customer needs, while meeting time and cost efficiencies for the food-service operator.
"Gluten free allows us to continue to differentiate our dessert offerings while addressing specific dietary needs," Warrick said.
Foxtail Foods manufactures pies, pancake mix, cookie dough and muffin batter for in-store bakeries, restaurant chains across the US.
