Core Tip: Taste-testers at Consumer Reports recently issued ratings of 18 packaged turkey slices. The groups said the best deli meats ranked highest in tenderness, flavor and were made from whole meat sliced from the breast.

All the selections received good scores for nutrition, according to Consumer Reports.
