Sartori is set to launch two limited addition cheese products - Cannella BellaVitano and Cognac BellaVitano, in the US.

Cannella BellaVitano, which is the newest addition to the Limited Edition line, was developed by taking buttery BellaVitano, aged at least 15 months, and steeping it in a cinnamon liqueur.

Cognac BellaVitano is a combination of smoky, nutty, oaky flavors with toasted notes of vanilla and caramel from the Cognac.

These products will be available purchased at select specialty cheese shops and where fine cheese is sold. Additionally, a limited supply of 4 oz. wedges will be available for sale on the Sartori website cheese shop and will be included in the 2012 on-line Limited Edition Gift Box this holiday season.

Sartori, based in Plymouth, Wisconsin, produces artisan and premium cheese for specialty, retail, ingredient, and restaurant and food service markets.
