US-based artisan and premium cheese producer Sartori is set to launch its limited edition Peppermint BellaVitano cheese in October.
The development comes as part of the company's efforts in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Sartori stated that it will donate a portion of proceeds from this cheese to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The Peppermint BellaVitano cheese artisan cheese is crafted by hand-rubbing an aged BellaVitano Gold wheel with crushed Peppermint candy. It will be available for purchase at specialty retailers across the US.
In June, the company launched its Limited Edition Extra-Aged Goat cheese, marking the one year anniversary of the 2012 inaugural release.
Sartori, based in Plymouth, Wisconsin, produces artisan and premium cheese for specialty, retail, ingredient, and restaurant and food service markets.
