Global alcoholic beverage producer Brown-Forman has selected Invoiceware International network to manage its electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) processes in Brazil and Mexico.
Brown-Forman, which sells more than 25 brands of wines and spirits in over 135 countries, was looking for ways to handle the constantly changing e-invoicing regulations around the world.
The company aims to eliminate the ongoing SAP upgrades and IT burdens by installing Invoiceware International's SAP Rapid Deployment Templates (RDT) and OnDemand Latin America E-Invoicing Network.
Brown Forman SAP Process Architecture director Randy Isdahl said that Latin American regulations require the execution of real-time business processes.
"Utilizing an OnDemand Latin America e-Invoicing Network allows our internal staff to focus on strategic business activities rather than constantly researching and implementing continual changes in each country. Because Invoiceware International provides the upgrades to the network as well as the SAP ERP configurations, we have been able to work with one vendor across multiple countries and confidently manage the changes to Brazil's Nota Fiscal and Mexico CFDI's legislation."
