Z Trim Holdings, Inc, a bio-technology company providing value-added ingredients to a variety of industries, announced today that it will begin manufacturing non-GMO corn products in early 2013 to meet expanding domestic and international demand.
Upon the announcement of the opening of its toll manufacturer's facility in November 2012, Z Trim Holdings, Inc. has received several requests from both U.S. and foreign companies expressing interest to purchase our high viscosity, high water-holding capacity corn Z Trim that meets non-GMO standards.
"Large markets in Australia, Asia and Europe will only accept a small number of products from a specific number of GMO corn strains," said Lynda Carroll, Z Trim's VP of Sales and Applications. "As we now have secured sources for non-GMO corn bran, combined with our increased manufacturing capacity, it will be much easier to make a big push to enter into these large specialty and global markets."
Z Trim Holdings, Inc. is a bio-technology company that owns existing, and has developed new, products and processes to make use of biomass for uses in the food and industrial markets.

The Company's industrial ingredients are highly functional in applications for adhesives, binders, viscofiers and emulsifiers.
