Z Trim Holdings has begun manufacturing and selling non-GMO corn products to meet expanding domestic and international demand.
Z Trim Holdings’ high water-holding capacity corn, Z Trim, meets non-GMO standards. “Large markets in Australia, Asia and Europe will only accept a small number of products from a specific number of GMO corn strains,” says Lynda Carroll, Z Trim vice president of sales and applications. “As we now have secured sources for non-GMO corn bran, combined with our increased manufacturing capacity, it will be much easier to make a big push to enter into these large specialty and global markets.”
