US-based Dave’s Killer Bread (DKB) has collaborated with Goode Partners to expand into new markets in 2013.
The company will make use of Goode Partners' investment and expertise to increase its manufacturing and distribution business.
Dave's Killer Bread founder and president Dave Dahl said that the partnership with Goode Partners will give them new resources to expand their business across the new cities.
Goode Partners is taking an equity stake in the company, and will add three representatives to the DKB board. They will join current CEO Shobi Dahl, Dave Dahl and Glenn Dahl. DKB will make Angelo Fraggos as the new chairman of the board.
