What On Earth, a UK-based organic company, has unveiled its new range of large organic eggs, which will be available at Ocado by the end of January 2013.

The company said that this move comes after it received requests to sell organic eggs, utilized as an ingredient in its catering and foodservice products, as a branded retail product.

What On Earth sources the class A certified organic eggs from Italy and the company will supply them on a retail and foodservice basis, reports the talkingretail.com.

The retail eggs will be available in boxes of six, with What On Earth's branding while the catering eggs are available in trays of 30.

Commenting on the new product, What On Earth sales director Jeremy Jaffe said that the company has decided to market their organic foods to meet the demand for them.

What On Earth is a manufacturer, supplier and distributor of high quality, predominantly organic food products. The company also owns Simply Nectar, a range of award winning fruit juices and nectars.
