Canada-based Delft Blue is voluntarily recalling Compliments brand Breaded Veal as it may contain mustard which is not declared on the label, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

The affected product, Compliments brand Breaded Veal Cutlettes, is sold in 680 g packages bearing UPC 0 55742 33693 1. All best before codes are affected by this alert.

No illnesses have been reported associated with the recall.

Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to mustard.

The manufacturer, Delft Blue, a division of Grober of Cambridge, Ontario, is voluntarily recalling the affected product from the marketplace, while the CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
