Core Tip: Delft Blue, North America’s full service veal company, has announced that it has expanded into natural pork by partnering with Lucki 7 Farms.
Lucki 7 is a pork farm located in Rodman, New York. Its pork is sold at Whole Foods, and Center of the Plate distributors in the Northeast.

Delft Blue USA general manager Jon Gorea said the combination of Lucki 7's great pork complements the company's ABF Veal program, which is proving to be successful.

According to Lucki 7, it features hybrid breed of hogs such as Duroc, Old Chester Whites, and Berkshire. The hogs are fed a non GMO feed which is 98% made on the farm.

Delft Blue is a principal national supplier of fresh, frozen, and fully cooked portioned veal plus other value-added meat products.
