Holland’s Pies, a UK-based producer of pies, puddings and pastries, has introduced Chicken & Mushroom pie and Lancashire Pasty in frozen four-packs, which are available at Iceland stores across the North West.The company stated that the chicken flavored pies have been the most popular flavor in the savory pie market.
The new Chicken & Mushroom pie offers chicken breast & mushrooms in a cream white sauce wrapped in Holland's golden shortcrust pastry.
Holland's Lancashire Pasty features a blend of beef, potato, onion and carrot baked in golden flaky puff pastry.
Both the products in four-packs are currently on an extra value promotion, offering five for the price of four for a limited time and are priced at £2.50.
These pies can be oven baked in 35 minutes or cooked in the microwave in three minutes, according to the company.
Holland's Pies, which is a part of 2 Sister's Food, is a manufacturer of pies and puddings as well as pasties, sausage rolls and pork pies. It employs over 300 people at its Lancashire facility.
