The use of 'rapid testing' techniques is becoming more prevalent in microbiology laboratories, according to Campden BRI, as they strive to produce faster and more accurate results to enhance product safety; new technologies, approaches and culture media are constantly being developed.
With this in mind, Campden BRI has announced the Rapid Microbiological Methods seminar, to be held on 7th June. Bringing together manufacturers of the kits with laboratory users, Campden says that it will explore the science behind rapid method testing.
Presentations from experts in the area of rapid method microbiological testing will cover approaches to rapid method testing; provide up-to-date information on new and emerging technologies; and appraise methods and data analysis.
The event will also feature an exhibition from rapid method kit manufacturers, who will be displaying some of their most recent developments.
