Two new retail tenants sign at Ayrsley

Core Tip: Two new retail tenants have signed leases at the mixed-use Ayrsley development in southwest Charlotte.
AyrsleyTitle Boxing Club has signed a lease for 5,200 square feet in the theater shops building at 2016 Arysley Town Blvd. and is expected to open this summer. The franchise will offer a combination of boxing and kickboxing fitness classes.

And Délicat Market is taking approximately 3,000 square feet in the Charleston Row building at 2015 Arysley Town Blvd. and is also planning a summer opening. Charles Hodges, CEO of Ayrsley developer New Forum, is launching the market, which will feature coffee and bagels in the morning, deli items in the afternoon and pastries, beer and wine in the evening.

Ayrsley is off South Tryon Street at Interstate 485.

With the new leases, the development’s retail space is 82% leased, and several additional retail tenants are negotiating leases for approximately 6,000 square feet of space.

Dowell Finch and Peyton Gehron of New South Properties of the Carolinas represented the landlords, two affiliates of development firm New Forum Inc., in the latest lease deals. Mike Leonard of Catalyst Commercial Group represented Title Boxing.
