Iceland is recalling the above batch of diced beef steak due to detection of horse meat. The batch is no longer on sale in Ireland. Iceland is displaying point of sale recall notices in its shops asking consumers to return the affected batch. It has not yet been established if any phenylbutazone (“bute”) is present. No action is required by inspectors.
