Arca Continental, a Mexico-based Coca-Cola bottler, is set to expand its operations with MXN4.2bn ($342.77m) investment in 2013.
Investment will focus on consolidating market leadership in the territories the company operates in Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador and the US.
Arca Continental board of directors chairman Manuel Barragan Morales said that the company's constant growth in 2012 results has established a foundation for new investments in 2013.
"Our solid financial situation, as well as our talented and committed human capital put us in the ideal position to continue capitalizing on profitable growth opportunities in both beverages and snacks," Barragan added.
According to the company's CEO Francisco Garza Egloff, the company has reported a 3.3% increase in sales volume with 1,353 million unit cases sold and a 12.4% growth in net sales with MXN56.27bn ($4.59bn), over comparable results for 2011.
Arca Continental produces, distributes and sells non-alcoholic beverages under The Coca-Cola brand in Mexico and other countries.
