eWinery Solutions, a global provider of winery direct-to-consumer software and services, has integrated its cloud-based winery business solution VinSuite with VINx2, a developer of winery software solution for wine industries.
Following the deal, eWinery Solution will serve as North American sales agent for VINx2.
VINx2 increases winery productivity by providing reports, charts and trends analysis for all winery operations right from grape sampling through distribution. It also removes the need to depend on manual spreadsheets and log books.
eWinery Solutions founder and CEO Richard Kline said they will fully integrate VINx2 into VinSuite.
"The financial reporting functions will allow VinSuite clients to track costing, production and inventories from grape to bottle and provide end-to-end visibility of their product regardless of the inventory location or sales channel," Kline added.
"We are really excited about what they bring to the wine business and believe that it's a critical component of our VinSuite product line."
VINx2 developer JX2 co-owner Jamie Gilchrist said, "We see this as a terrific opportunity to expand our growing presence in the North American market, while providing wineries what they really want - a grape-to-consumer platform from a single vendor."
