The Codex Committee on Pesticide Residues (CCPR) was held in Beijing, China May 6 -11, 2013.
A number of active ingredients were reviewed for consideration of new MRLs and revisions. Other agenda topics included revisions to the Codex Classification of Food and Animal Feed; principles and guidance for the use of the concept of proportionality; guidance to facilitate the establishment of MRLs for minor crops; revisions to the risk analysis principles; and revisions to the Priority Lists of Pesticides. We will post the Committee report when it becomes officially available.
