Umami Sustainable Seafood last week announced the appointment of Timothy Fitzpatrick as CEO.
Fitzpatrick will step down from his role as CFO, which he has held since 5 January last year, effective immediately.
He has also been appointed to serve as director of the board, also effective immediately, said Umami.
Fitzpatrick previously worked as general counsel of Mindray Medical International and as an attorney in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
