The recall affects Asda Chosen By You Cocktail Sausage and Tomato Dip pack, 80g featuring 'Use by' date: 5 September 2013.

Consumers who have purchased the affected product are advised to return it to the nearest store for a full refund.

Asda has withdrawn the affected packs from shelves. The company has displayed notices in stores, explaining to customers the reason behind the product withdrawal.

In addition, it will contact the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their members about the recall. No other Asda products are known to be affected by this recall.
