Dim Sum and Co have created a range of spring rolls, dumplings, buns and siu mei, which it says are made “using fresh Australian ingredients”.
There are currently six products in the Dim Sum and Co range: Chicken and Water Chestnut Sui Mei, Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Pork and Asian Green Dumplings, Crispy Peking Duck Spring Rolls, Farm Fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls and Home-style Chicken Spring Rolls. Dim Sum and Co said each product can be cooked in a variety of ways, including microwave-steaming, oven-baked or using a sandwich press.
Dim Sum and Co products are stocked nationally in Thomas Dux Grocers, David Jones Food Halls, selected gourmet butchers and delis, fine food stores and online. Prices start at $7 and range to $10.
