Tecnobox, is introducing its new development, the “MiniBox” tray forming machine. It's smaller format, means that it can be put in a room where space is limited. It's small format, 4.80 cubic meters (1.313w x 1.619h x 2.260 length) with a weight of 950 kg., makes it possible to erect a significant range of trays from 300x200x60 mm. to 600x400x200 mm., along with various formats such as open corners, Plaform ®, P-84. It is also compatible with all Tecnobox machinery using the same toolsets.

Tecnobox’s erecting & gluing machines are capable of making precise adjustments in the mould, which is a unique feature in the market, helping to correct cardboard defects (such as insufficient dye, poor storage of blanks or other common problems). Another exclusive capability in the market is the adjustable erecting speed. Boxes can be mounted according to the changing needs of the client as well as climate conditions. The assembly speed can be easily adjusted from just 60 to 2000 well-mounted boxes per hour. This is achieved thanks to the independent movements of the components (pusher, telescope, mould folders…). Movements of each component can be altered separately to get a perfectly fitted box, which eliminates downtime. Tecnobox’s proprietary control-software allows for an
easy programming of this feature on site.
The new MiniBox trayformer incorporates the possibility of made folding form transport certain parts, as well as the new mini stacker manufactured folding for transport.
