High Liner Foods on Tuesday launched the Ultimate Salmon Burger, under the FPI brand portfolio.
The salmon burger is made from a premium blend of Atlantic and Wild Pacific Salmon with no fillers or additives. The burgers are crafted to present a made-from-scratch, hand-smashed appearance. Available in 2-, 4- and 6-ounce sizes, the burgers are flash frozen, fully prepared and can be flat grill, pan fry, bake or char grill.
