US packaging producer Pro Mach has completed the purchase of French capping machinery manufacturer Zalkin for an undisclosed fee.
Pro Mach, which owned a minority stake for a number of yearsr, announced in December 2013 its intention to launch a takeover bid.

Zalkin makes various capping machines, cap sorters, elevators and decappers.
The deal will see Zalkin's management and general staff remain at their two facilities in Montreuil L’Argillé and Rueil-Malmaison, France.
