At the exhibition, UNITEC will be presenting a range of technologies developed in line with the company’s commitment to making customers more successful by improving competitiveness through innovative but reliable new machines capable of increasing the efficiency of fruit and vegetable processing plant. They are designed not only to reduce the cost of processing but, at the same time, to increase income by improving the quality of the product presented to the market.
The technologies on display will include:
UNI_BOX 01©, the innovative system patented by UNITEC and implementing a smart system for quickly opening collapsible side plastic crates.
This system provides a number of interesting advantages with respect to other machines currently available because it can automatically open 600x400 millimetre crates of variable height and of the main types present on the market today.
UNI_BOX 01© may be loaded from floor level using pallet trucks without needing a fork-lift. It has a high processing capacity and ensures considerable savings in terms of labour.
SUPER SOFT_EXIT©, an ultra-delicate system capable of ensuring that the apples leave the sorting process in perfect quality condition. The system prevents damage of any kind to apples as they are unloaded from the sorter. The system is installed with APPLE_VISION© internal and external quality, colour and size selection technology.
