The trans fat and wheat free cheese product line comes in four flavors, including Just Jack, using its namesake dry jack, and Pizza Jack, containing favorite pizza toppings like Asiago Cheese, tomatoes, and basil.

According to the company, Spicy Jack is a combination of spicy jalapeno and aged dry jack, while Manchego Jack pairs smoked paprika with the power-crunch crisp, the hallmark of the Jack Crisps brand appeal.

Pastry Smart CEO and founder Mark Ainsworth said that the company's focus is to provide retailers with unique and all-natural specialty items that add value on the shelf and increase customer satisfaction.

"We are excited to introduce Jack Crisps, nationwide, as a new brand with the most interesting flavor and appeal around. Jack's invited to every party in town," Ainsworth added.

Pastry Smart has created five brands in the all-natural and/or organic bakery and specialty food categories since 2012.
