Pastry Smart, a US-based producer of pastry, bread and confectionary, has unveiled two new brands - Le Culture and Mission Blue Confections.
The new Le Culture, which is a certified organic solution for retail bakeries, offers retailers and food service providers a bakeable bag. It delivers solutions to retail bakeries or grocery outlets with no certified organic kitchen.
Pastry Smart Mission Blue, a new Species of Chocolate, offers molded chocolate truffles, made with local ingredients such as dairy directly sourced from California farms. It includes unique flavor forward concoctions, such as Esoteric-a banana french toast combination, Ruby Julep-raspberry white chocolate puree, and Hypnotik-a creamy blend of coffee and milk chocolate, said the company.
Commenting on the launch, Pastry Smart president and founder Mark Ainsworth said that the company plans to launch another chocolate bar and is making natural, humane certified, molded chocolate truffles with a balanced formulation of texture, sweetness, and flavor.
