Paul Hobbs Winery in America has outlined plans to collaborate with Germany-based Selbach-Oster winery for a new wine project.
Under the partnership, both the companies will develop a new winery in Finger Lakes, New York, reported The Wine Spectator.
As part of the proposed project, the company has bought a 67-acre site where the winery is expected to be established.
Paul Hobbs, along with Selbach, will plant a variety of grapes on the 45 acres of the site, including Riesling, Gewürztraminer or Pinot Blanc.
Paul Hobbs Winery owner Paul Hobbs was quoted by website as saying, "It will take us three years to plant, as we have to order up the vine material."
Meanwhile, Paul Hobbs Winery produces quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
