Pringles, a snack brand owned by US-based Kellogg's has unveiled a new tortilla chips range, Pringles Tortillas.
Available in Original, Nacho Cheese and Southwestern Ranch flavours, the new tortilla chips retain Pringles shape and are made of corn.
Kellogg Savory Snacks vice president Raj Joshi said that Pringles Tortillas are the brand's first new product since Kellogg Company acquired it in 2012, and this launch represents the first time that Pringles is introducing a tortilla chip.
"Pringles Tortillas are a unique chip that can be dipped, but like original Pringles, are delicious on their own," Joshi added.
For the launch, the brand has teamed up with Earvin 'Magic' Johnson, an NCAA player.
In 2012, Kellogg's bought Pringles brand from Procter & Gamble (P&G) for $2.69bn.
Other Kellogg's brands include Special K, Frosted Flakes, Pop-Tarts, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies and Kashi, among others.
