Borregaard completes the EuroVanillin Expert range with a new variety: EuroVanillin Borrebon. The new flavour will be launched to the global food industry in the beginning of April.

EuroVanillin Borrebon is as a dry blend with an intensity designed to replace vanillin ex-guaiacol 1:1. The product is developed by senior flavourists at Borregaard’s competence centre.

The assortment covers the only sustainable vanillin, EuroVanillin Supreme - made from wood, as well as commodities like vanillin and ethyl vanillin, application-specific blends and flavours.
