Canadian dairy producer Amalgamated Dairies (ADL) has deployed SafetyChain Software’s Food Safety Chain Management Systems (FSCMS), SafetyChain for Food platform to automate its food safety and quality assurance (FSQA) initiatives.
The tool will allow the dairy firm to automate management of its supplier compliance programs, eliminate manual processes and create a central repository of FSQA data for trending, continuous improvement and audit readiness.
It will reduce the manual processes for compliance with its Canadian HACCP program and other regulatory requirements as well as accumulate food safety and quality data for early corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
