Bell Flavors and Fragrances announces new hires at its Headquarters in Northbrook, IL, underlining the company’s commitment to grow its global flavor business.
Todd Sunderhaus was recently appointed Savory Flavorist. He brings a lot of experience from the food industry, including new product development, innovation and development of specialty products. Todd has recently worked at Alex Fries, Richelieu Foods, and most recently Gold Medal working in Development and Application.
Peter Lu was appointed Savory Flavor Scientist. He will be responsible for the long term development in the savory division and work to make sure that Bell has the savory solutions available that our customers are looking for. Peter previously worked with Kemin Industries, a joint venture between Kemin and Tyson. Before that he worked at Pacific Natural Foods, Red Arrow Products and Rutgers University all in the field of savory product development.
