Capital Resource Alliance has signed an agreement to acquire and to execute a reverse merger with Indiana-based corporation Nate’s Pancakes.
This agreement will allow Nate's Pancakes to become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Capital Resource is expecting the acquisition and reverse merger to become effective by the end of May 2014.
Currently, the company is in the process of filing a Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and plans to file it in June 2014.
Nate's Pancakes is involved in the production of ready-to-use, pre-mixed pancake and waffle batter delivered in a pressurized can.
Nate's Pancakes was created by Nate Steck, who also created Batter Blaster which sold nearly 2 million cans and exceed $15m to $20m dollars a year in revenue.
