Scholle Announces New Vice President for Beverage Sector

In his role as Vice President, Beverage Market Sector, David and his team will help transform how the beverage industry delivers their products more safely, more purely, and easier-to-use for today’s on-the-go consumer. The team will identify new opportunities through deep industry understanding and market assessments to expand Scholle’s reach and share in the flexible packaging market, including aseptic packaging.

“Our goal continues to be aiding our customers to reach more global markets and ensure a quality end user experience,” said Michael Edwards, Executive Vice President, Market Sectors. “David’s background in assessing customer needs, strategic planning, market assessment and market entry will play a critical role for the growth of the group and sector.”

“Scholle already has a strong position serving the packaging and dispensing needs of large multinational beverage companies," commented David Mondrus. “Through partnerships with these brands, we will leverage new technologies and packaging formats to deliver beverage experiences in a safe and natural way.”

David comes to Scholle with eight years of management consulting background at Booz & Company, Inc. (now Strategy&). Prior to Booz & Company, David worked in financial services and public accounting. David graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He also has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
