On 23 July, Bellamys Organic will go public, and if the share offer goes to plan the company could be worth $95 million, ABC Rural reports.
Going public is the latest growth move by the Tasmanian-owned company, which was formed as a family company in 2004.
Managing Director Laura McBain, speaking from China, said the level of interest by potential investors has been good, and she is hoping the share offer will be fully subscribed.
McBain said the company is working hard in China to regain access to the milk powder market, after a change in regulations affected their access to the market.
The head of Bellamys, says China is an important market for the company, after a strong period of growth over the past few years.
