US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Pei Wei Asian Diner has introduced hand-rolled sushi and made-to-order small-size entrée salads in the US.

This move comes after the chain introduced new small-size wok-fresh entreés earlier this year.

Pei Wei's new hand-rolled sushi options include Mango California Roll and Sriracha Spicy Tuna Roll.

Mango California Roll roll packs flavor with a combination of sweet mango and fresh cucumber paired with a citrus ponzu dipping sauce. Sriracha Spicy Tuna Roll features signature Sriracha aioli dipping sauce, with a kick of heat.

Pei Wei creative culinary chef Phil Butler said, ""It is our mission to combine bold flavors and the freshest of ingredients to provide our customers with unique flavor experiences, and the updated menu is no exception."
