DTC Wine Workshops is pleased to announce the launch of the DTC Consultant Network, a full-service consulting group connecting subject matter experts with wineries throughout the nation to grow direct to consumer (DTC) wine business, expand brand awareness and retain loyal customers.

The first of its kind, the DTC Consultant Network brings together a diverse group of consultants with subject matter expertise including e-commerce, CRM, wine marketing, tasting room goal metrics and training, wine club set up and management, PR, graphic design, social media, digital media and data management.

Members are based across the US and serve clients throughout all geographies, including California, Oregon, Washington, New York State and Texas.

"With the DTC Consultant Network, we can connect wineries to the talent needed to grow their direct to consumer business in a sustainable and holistic way," said Sandra Hess, founder of DTC Wine Workshops. "In a market where DTC sales represent an important part of wineries' growth and retention strategies, our consultant network will ensure that clients are on the path to success."

With DTC wine sales on the rise, posting total sales of winery-to-consumer shipments at $1.57 billion in 2013, and a 9.3% increase YOY*, the ability of wineries to effectively communicate with and serve their customers both online and in person is paramount. DTC Wine Workshops and the newly formed DTC Consultant Network provide wineries with an ideal blend of technical tools and processes to achieve robust sales growth and increase customer retention.

To assist with this launch, DTC Wine Workshops is also pleased to announce the addition of Adrienne Stillman to the team. Adrienne joins the company as Client Success Manager and will serve in a pivotal role by supporting the formation and growth of the DTC Consultant Network.

"I am delighted to welcome Adrienne to the DTC Wine Workshops family, and am confident in her ability to immediately add value to our team," said Hess. "Adrienne has an impressive knowledge of the DTC wine industry in the U.S. and will oversee the DTC Consultant Network to ensure that each project is managed successfully using DTCWW proven methodologies."
