Iraq's trade ministry has issued an international tender to purchase at least 10,000 tonnes of sunflower oil which can be sourced from any origin world-wide apart from China, European traders said on Monday. Tender deadline is August 4 and offers must remain valid until August 8. Traders said they believed the new tender indicated Iraq had made no purchase it its previous tender to buy 10,000 tonnes of sunflower oil which closed on July 7 with offers having to remain valid until July 11.
