AWC Philippines has signed a deal with French wine producer Domaine Clarence Dillon to import and distribute its wines in the Philippines.
Domaine Clarence Dillon produces blends such as Château Haut-Brion, Château Le Mission Haut-Brion, Château Quintus, and Clarendelle - Inspired by Haut-Brion.
Under the deal, AWC will distribute Domaine's Clarendelle brand in the country and will serve as national agent for Haut-Brion, La Mission Haut-Brion and Quintus blends.
The Clarendelle brand includes four wines - red, white, rose and sweet, which are crafted using traditional Bordeaux varieties and methods.
AWC Asia sales manager Jean Philippe Guillot said: "The Philippines is a rapidly growing market that demonstrates the appetite for quality wines across Asia.
"Clarendelle is a 'stepping stone wine' that allows consumers new to fine wine appreciation the ability to recognise the quality and complexity of traditional Bordeaux styles."
