Honolulu Cookie has launched new Holiday Collection, combining traditional Hawaiian design elements with exciting new flavors.

The Collection carries a warm message of Aloha this holiday to customers across the globe.

In further celebration of the season, Honolulu Cookie Company has expanded the selection of flavors. By popular demand, the seasonal Ginger Spice cookie returns, this time with a white chocolate-dipped variation reminiscent of pumpkin pie with a dollop of whipped cream. Entirely new this year is the Peppermint flavor. In this unique holiday recipe, peppermint morsels are baked into the cookie in order to complement, rather than overpower, the shortbread taste. The peppermint cookies also come dipped in premium milk, dark, or white chocolate.

In presenting these new flavors, Honolulu Cookie Company was inspired by traditional Hawaiian Quilt patterns for their creative packaging and designs. Traditionally, these quilts are patterned in a motif created by each artist, a technique Honolulu Cookie Company's designers followed with its trademark Pineapple Shape on the Mele Quilt Gift Boxes and Mele Tin. Including gifts like the Mele Snowman Tower, the entire collection is designed to be not only beautiful but fun to open. "And when you bite into the cookies, you discover a taste as sweet as the anticipation," said Ginger Waters, Honolulu Cookie Company's Vice President of Marketing. Everyone is invited to savor the moment of a gift revealed and a delicious first bite.

Available in all of their retail stores as well as online, Honolulu Cookie Company is sweetening the holidays with their pineapple-shape shortbread cookies. To ensure delivery by Christmas, orders must be placed by December 17 for the continental U.S. and by December 10 for international orders and those to APO/FPOs.
