The National Association for Business Resources has awarded Bell Flavors and Fragrances as one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2015. This award celebrates companies with unprecedented human resource practices and dedication to their employees.
Bell was evaluated by an independent research firm based on 10 categories including compensation, benefits, and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement, and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection, orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; and strategic company performance.
“This designation highlights what the employees at Bell already know—it’s a great place to work,” said Adam Reidel, head of human resources at Bell Flavors and Fragrances.
