An guset from Chengdu,China died due to drinking "minerals" from hotel in Aug 6, 2015. The source of the water leading to victim' death is what victim's family and hotel being in controver.
According to hotel's statement, victim's father get the water which is toilet cleaner indeed from operating room without authorization. However, victim's family said that victim's father get the water from hotel waiter.
According to tape, victim's father into operating room get the water from lower floor of service car and the door of operating room was open before victim's father get in.
"Victim met his father who just take the water from operating room, and drinked it without any thinking directly"
Court judged that it is a accident, and hope that both sides can agree to settle.
