Sunny Queen Meal Solutions has launched two new products for commercial kitchens to use over the upcoming festive season.
The two new canape offerings are mini fritters and egg bites. These products are only available for purchase by cafes, restaurants and other businesses in the hospitality industry.
Flavour options for the fritters are corn & cheese and spanish with chorizo. The egg bites are available in smoked ham & cheese, creamy fetta and garden spinach and goats cheese & caramelised onion.
Both options come pre-prepared so all is required by staff is to heat the food. Each have a shelf life of one year from the date of production.
Sunny Queen Managing Director, John O’Hara, said the company’s meal solutions range caters for commercial kitchens looking for convenience and versatility.
The egg-based canapes can be heated in a microwave, grill, hot plate, combi or conventional oven. Its meal solutions range was launched in June 2015 with the company investing millions into into the venture, including building a AUD$23 million facility at Carole Park, Queensland.
All Sunny Queen Meal Solutions can be purchased through its distributors BIDVest, PFD Food Services, Country Wide and NAFDA. The distributors combined cover the whole of Australia. Prices vary between distributors however prices start from $48.00 for a carton of 120 egg bites and $64.00 for a carton of a 120 mini fritters.
