California Pizza Kitchen, a name known for pizzas, pastas and salads, is offering a fresh array of desserts at its one-month long California Pizza Kitchen’s Dessert Festival starting on December 17, 2015. The company has plans to offer innovative desserts, appetisers and beverages as part of the festival.
Among the choices, one can opt for the vegetarian platter (assortment of stuffed mushrooms, spinach and cottagecheese fritters, mac and cheese croquettes, bruschetta, grilled spicy baby corn & quesadilla) or try the non-vegetarian platter (Harissa fish, curried chicken fritters, grilled chicken, fish goujons, chicken bruschetta and buffalo wings).
The meal can be finished with Noel Brownie (rich dark chocolate brownie infused with Christmas fruits soaked in rum and served with orange sauce); Christmas Trifle (a classic trifle of vanilla custard, jelly ice cream with rum-soaked Christmas fruits served in a Mason jar); Lemon Eclairs (classic French choux pastry filled with lemon curd cream); Strawberry Phyllo Cup (Italian pastry cup filled with strawberry cream, served with fresh strawberries and caramelised popcorns); Yule Log (dried fruits, silk chocolate cream rolled in chocolate sponge); Baked Alaska (classic frozen dessert with strawberry & vanilla ice cream, layered between vanilla sponge and Italian meringue); and Choco Nutty Bar (Caramel infused with salted peanuts and topped with dark Belgian chocolate fudge).
