Hart & Soul is now selling an India inspired soup and soup kits in Australian supermarkets.
The Indian-inspired Coconut Lentil soup was created in conjunction with Melbourne nutritionist Melanie Lionello. It consists of kumera, lentils, capsicum and mung beans mixed in with Indian spices. Hart and Soul says it contains no preservatives.
At the same time as releasing its Coconut Lentil soup, Hart and Soul is now also selling soup kits which help consumers make their own creations at home. The kits come in three varieties, green curry, laksa and tom yum. All of the kits include noodles and other key ingredients to make soup at home.
Hart and Soul soups are available from Woolworths supermarkets.
