This “Measures” specifies that formula registration shall be implemented both for infant formula milk powder that are manufactured and sold within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and those of imported, and strictly defines the qualifications and conditions of applicants.

This “Measures” further specifies that the applicants for registration shall submit the sample manuscript of labels and instructions, as well as the explanatory and supporting materials for what is claimed in the instructions, and makes detailed provisions to requirements for description of labels and instructions.
