Core Tip: The price monitoring unit showed that the market prices of the main vegetable varieties this week were 2.85 yuan per kilogram for garlic, 4.90 yuan for ginger, 2.06 yuan for green onions, 4.76 yuan for cucumber and 3.90 yuan for bitter gourd.
The price monitoring unit of the Lanling County Price Bureau of Shandong Province showed that the market prices of the main vegetable varieties this week were 2.85 yuan per kilogram for garlic, 4.90 yuan for ginger, 2.06 yuan for green onions, 4.76 yuan for cucumber and 3.90 yuan for bitter gourd.

Price trend: Compared with last week, the average price of the five kinds of vegetables monitored increased. The prices of garlic, ginger, green onion, cucumber and bitter gourd increased by 0.35%, 0.82%, 15.73%, 19.00% and 59.66%, respectively.

The prices of the five remaining major trading varieties in Lanling County increased this week, mainly due to the shortage of supply. The price of garlic and ginger is relatively stable, and the price of green onions continued to rise last week. Cucumber reversed last week's downward trend and its price rose slightly, mainly due to the sharp decrease in supply. This week's cucumber trading volume was 95,000 kg, down 54.76% from last week's 210,000 kg. The market was in short supply and pushed prices up.

At present, the vegetable trade varieties in Lanling County are single, and the cucumbers are about to withdraw from the trade this season. Since the vegetables in autumn have not yet started trading, and the supply of vegetables is low. It is expected that the price of vegetables in Lanling still has room to rise.
