The menu will comprise savouries and sweets from all over India. The main course includes Subz anjeer ki seekh, Mahi pudina tikka, Dhokla, Patra (steamed clocassia leaves), Sabudana ki Tikki, Kachhe kele ki subzi and Kurkuri bhindi.
The desserts include Lauki ka halwa, Makhane ki kheer and rasmalai. The cocktails are inspired by the flavours and ingredients of this festival, which have been crafted by Agnieszka Rozenska.
