The Qiongzhong green orange is derived from the red Jiang orange, which was imported to Guandong to Qiongzhong in 1988. The Qiongzhong green orange gains its superior quality from the unique natural environment in Qiongzhong. The orange peel is thin and full of luster, while the fruit is pulpy, sweet with a slight sour taste, and unique in flavor. The Qiongzhong green orange is an early-season orange that has great market potential.
