Announcement of the Ministry of Finance on Adjusting the List of Cross-Border E-Commerce Retail imports (No. 157 of 2018)
In order to promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce retail imports, on November 20th, 2018, 13 departments include the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration of Market Regulation, and the State Drug Administration jointly issued the announcement on the adjustment of the list of cross-border e-commerce retail imports, the “Cross-border e-commerce retail imports list (2018 edition)”. The effective date will be January 1th, 2019. After the implementation of the list, the Ministry of Finance and other 11 departments announced the announcement of the list of cross-border e-commerce retail imports (No. 40, 2016) and the 13 departments of the Ministry of Finance announced the list of cross-border e-commerce retail imports. The two batches of the list attached to the (second batch) announcement (No. 47, 2016) are also repealed.
